When will I receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • US: 3-5 business days (standard shipping)
  • Express shipping: 1-3 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes — but only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at wecare@arq-8.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to make the change. Once shipped, we can't modify or cancel the order.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product doesn't need to be unopened — we just ask that you give it a fair try.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be notified when it's available.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions saving are starting at 10% discount and ship automatically based on your chosen frequency (every 30, 45, or 60 days). You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime — no commitment, no fees. Manage your subscription through your account dashboard or contact us directly.

I didn't receive a tracking number. What should I do?

Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's not there, email us at wecare@arq-8.com with your order number, and we'll resend it immediately.

Can I change my subscription delivery date?

Yes. Log into your account, go to "My Subscription," and adjust your next delivery date. Or email us and we'll handle it for you.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at wecare@arq-8.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
