Get my steps in every morning pushing the stroller and this comes with me now. Zero sugar was the whole reason i tried it and it still tastes good somehow, light berry, not syrupy. One tablet in the bottle and were out the door.
Switched from a powder brand mostly cause of the mess. No clumps, no gritty residue at the bottom, just drops in and fizzes clean. Comes out this nice light berry color, taste is mild which i prefer. Only wish there were more flavors but berry is solid.
Good clean electrolytes without all the extra vitamins i dont need. Drop one in my bottle before a run or on gym days. Taste is on the lighter side, would maybe like it a touch stronger but not a dealbreaker. Keeps me from feeling drained after.
