ARQ8™ — FULLDISSOLVE™ NANO-CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
Mixing Guide
How to prepare your daily serving — powder format
UNITS:
A note before you start.
Unlike regular or micronized creatine — which never fully dissolve — Arq8 FullDissolve™ Nano-Creatine is engineered to dissolve completely. It’s one of the best-mixing creatines available.
That said, physics and biochemistry still put limits on any powder. Thicker liquids, colder temperatures, or less agitation may leave slight residue. This is normal. It does not affect quality or potency. Knowing this upfront means no surprises.

WATER TEMPERATURE
OPTIMAL
Room temperature or slightly cool. Best solubility and fastest full dissolution.
○ WORKS FINE
Cold or refrigerated. Stir a few seconds longer. Dissolves fully — just takes a little more agitation.
○ ACCEPTABLE
Warm water or warm coffee. Dissolves well. Slight flavor change possible at the higher end.
AVOID
Boiling or near-boiling water can begin to degrade creatine monohydrate. Not recommended.
MIXING GUIDE
Add 350–400 ml of room-temperature water (or your preferred liquid) to a glass, shaker, or bottle.
Add one scoop (5 g) of Arq8 powder. No need to pre-mix or warm the liquid.
Stir, shake, or swirl for 5–10 seconds. The powder dissolves fully clear — no residue, no cloudiness, no chalky mouthfeel.

More water = better results. Creatine relies on adequate hydration to saturate muscle tissue effectively. Drinking an additional 1.5–2 L of water throughout the day supports absorption and minimizes any possibility of cramping — especially on training days.
