How to prepare your daily serving — powder format

A note before you start.
Unlike regular or micronized creatine — which never fully dissolve — Arq8 FullDissolve™ Nano-Creatine is engineered to dissolve completely.
That said, thicker liquids, colder temperatures, or less agitation may leave slight residue. This is normal. It does not affect quality or potency. More liquid always helps: creatine has a physical solubility limit of ~13–14 g per liter, so more water means faster, cleaner dissolution.

ACUTE COGNITIVE PROTECTION

Per Gordji-Nejad et al. (2024): a single dose of 0.2 g/kg creatine is associated with reduced deterioration in cognitive performance during sleep deprivation. One acute dose taken before the sleep-deprived period. FullDissolve™ nano-particle form improves GI tolerability at high single doses versus standard creatine.

Short-term use only. GI sensitivity is possible at high single doses — take with plenty of water and food if needed. Consult a healthcare professional before use.
WATER TEMPERATURE
OPTIMAL
Room temperature or slightly warm. Best solubility and fastest full dissolution.
○ WORKS FINE
Cold or refrigerated. Stir a few seconds longer. Dissolves fully — just takes a little more agitation.
○ ACCEPTABLE
Cool room temperature. Dissolves well with normal agitation.
AVOID
Boiling or near-boiling water risks degradation of creatine. Not recommended.
HOW TO MIX — 3 STEPS
Add at least 350 ml of water — or up to 500 ml for best dissolution. More liquid always helps.
Add one scoop (5 g) of Arq8 FullDissolve™ powder. No need to pre-mix or warm the liquid.
Stir, shake, or swirl for 5–10 seconds.
The powder dissolves fully clear — no residue, no cloudiness, no chalky mouthfeel.
Drink promptly — within 20–30 minutes of mixing. Creatine in solution can slowly degrade, especially in acidic liquids like juice.

More water = better results. Creatine relies on adequate hydration for effective muscle tissue saturation and utilization. Drinking an additional 1.5–2 L throughout the day supports absorption and minimizes any possibility of cramping — especially on training days.
